Urthbox secretly signed me up to a 6 month subscription, without sending me any boxes so I didn't know I was subscribed until my bank alerted me to a $270 charge. After leaving several voicemails, I reached out to them on Facebook and they took my email, and soon told me someone had reached out to me by email.

When I told them no one had, they ignored me, then repeated someone had already reached out to me and then blocked me from messaging them or commenting on their page. They also removed a public post I had made on their page mentioning my predicament and asking for help.

I've emailed them and left several more voicemails to no avail. Starting case with my bank to try and get my money back.

Product or Service Mentioned: Urthbox Subscription.

Reason of review: Scam.

Monetary Loss: $270.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Very little.

I didn't like: Scammers and thieves, Being blocked by customer support.

You wasted a lot of time and effort with improper complaining technique.

FORGET the telephone. FORGET e-mails. FORGET "public" posts.

Writing, the old-fashioned kind, combined with Certified Mail return receipt requested (a more modern modification) is the only way to establish a proper paper trail with legal substance.
