We probably lost over 400$ CAN.They hold the shipping so you get the box AFTER their 30 days refund period.

They do this to everybody. They will finally say they refund (a part) and after the delay, when you call them back, they'll say there was a computer glitch and that you'll get refunded in 72 hours. After that, they just start over again and do eveything to lose time. They will battle you if you dispute the charges on your credit card.

They are thieves since they do not respect the laws where they sell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REGARDS TO YOUR HEALTH."BIANCA" AND EVERYBODY ELSE THERE ARE TAUGHT TO SCAM.

We did have the exact same problem and my husband fought really hard with them, calling several times and forced them to give a proof of the refund, we finally receive it few hours before the 72 hours of the glitch delay... But you have to fight a lot..and we just get a partial refund 5 of the 6 months.
