Being charged so much for "gluten free" product samples, and then not being able to cancel something that hasn't even been shipped. Even though it isn't quite as "gluten free" (made in facility that is processing wheat??) as claimed.

Awful and embarrassing that I'm actually spending hundreds of dollars on samples!!! Beware of subscriptions, even if you are days late to cancel and product hasn't been shipped, they will still charge you. Even if the products have been complained about.

Was given a free gift subscription to try it out, paid for shipping and then charged on auto-renewal, no good. No good.
