I bought this as a gift for someone, when it came to redeeming the gift apparently the system was down, but not for one or two days BUT A WEEK! So I then asked for a refund, and they granted me one.

One week goes by with no refund transaction on my statement, then a another week, so I decided to email again. Apparently, their system was down when it came to refunding so they put the refund through again and tell me 3-5days and the money will be in my account. To no ones surprise, its been 10 days WITH NO REFUND. I have emailed for the third time asking for my money back.

PLEASE don't waste your time or money on this company, there are so many other companies out there that actually send out packages, let you redeem your gift certificates and would gladly rightfully refund you without coming up with any excuses like "our system is down". I find it really hard to believe that your system can be down for 2 months.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
