Firstly, the initial box took almost 1.5 months to ship. Received the box last week and 4 of the items are about to expire. The Pumpkin Spice Smores expire 7/28/2020 (already stale), The Lorissa's Kitchen Tender Beef Bites expire 7/26/2020, the Loacker Matcha Green Tea cookies expire 8/2020, and the Nick's Sticks expire 7/18/2020.

Ive tried to send a detailed email twice and call twice. Nobody has responded. We want to inquire about a holiday purchase of 19 subscriptions. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I personally received a gift and enjoyed it, but now..... ugh

Wanted to gift the box to my mom for her birthday. Didn't know we had to pick it our self... what's the surprise in that. Never got my refund and I wanted it asap. Said I ordered in 2019 when it was in 2020. Someone get back to me asap. Definitely a pissed consumer

Customer service is horrid

Nothing wrong with the snacks, however the customer service is terrible!!! First of all I had to email the company to ask them to send me my monthly box every single time even though I had a 3-month subscription that I had already paid for! If I hadn't emailed them I probably would have never received my box. Second even though I emailed them with questions they never answered or addressed them. I told them I was an unhappy customer, but never got addressed. There was never any explanation. There is no phone number everything has to be done by email including cancelling your subscription.

Deceptive renewal

System generates the auto renewal notice AFTER it renews rather than giving you a chance to cancel the order in case you didn't notice that it auto renews after every order. I wrote the company within minutes of getting the email and was basically told tough and they would cancel the next shipment after the next 6 months had expired. This is total BS. This company won't be around long due to *** poor customer service - of which, you can never reach them by phone. Don't ever do business with this company. You will regret it.

Delay of order
