Submitted subscription cancellation in July. It's October and I am STILL being charged!

When I reached out to them, they claimed I NEVER requested a cancellation despite the email proof! They then stated per "Company Policy" they were unable to honor my request. What type of policy states that you should do the complete opposite of what your customer requests?! It seems that they were unable to give a concise reason as to why they were going to steal my money!

The response received was hardly an EXCUSE for the lack of professionalism and sense in general.

Learned the company has horrendous reviews, many BBB complaints and President has a rapport of bad business. Completely in shock at how these are legal business practices.

Reason of review: Unethical practices!.

Monetary Loss: $104.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
